Champagne Cordon Bleu from Maison DE VENOGE is dominated by Pinot Noir (50%), which brings roundness and vinosity. Then, 25% of Pinot Meunier and 25% of Chardonnay complete the blend.

To the eye, its golden hue is marvelous. Then, a great aromatic complexity brings green apple, lemon and honey notes.

Following 3 years of cellar aging, champagne Cordon Bleu is well-balanced, round, complex and subtle.

This cuvée is of exceptional versatility, and has a great aging potential. It is perfect for the aperitif.
