Winemaker Notes
50% of the domain’s Morgeot comes from Le Carduse, which has very rocky soil, and 50% comes from Les Fairendes, which has yellow/red soil that is very easy to work. Morgeot vineyard wines are richer, bigger and with more power. The wines age very well. Alex believes that it is important to avoid picking too late here for the wines can become too big and lose structure. This white wine demonstrates a strong capability for aging.
