Winemaker Notes

This wine is gloriously rich and full-bodied but balanced with a bright and clean minerality carried by the majority of Clairette. It is opulent but not overblown with aromas of exotic fruits, almonds, jasmine flowers, honeysuckles, citrus and spices.

Serve as an aperitif or with Foie Gras, Lobster or roasted chicken.Blend: 80% Clairette, 20% Roussanne
