Our best-selling product is the result of a very high quality production, entirely derived from a selection of grapes from organic and biodynamic agriculture. The entire production chain is controlled by Acetaia Guerzoni, in order to guarantee the origin of the raw materials. Obtained from the skilful mixture of Wine Vinegar and Cooked Must , it does not contain any type of preservative or colouring, and it’s only produced from predominantly red Italian grapes such as Lambrusco and SanGiovese. The period of rest in oak barrels makes it suitable for daily use. It has an intense aroma, a pungent taste with a sweet, slightly astringent note. A delicious dressing that goes especially well with salads and cooked or raw vegetables.
