Winemaker Notes

Classic old-world style Chenin with white flowers, white peach, nutmeg and wet stone. Loads of minerality, green papaya, meyer lemon, lean stone fruit and racy acidity.

Insane pairing with oysters and roast chicken. Fermented in both stainless steel and neutral barrels. Aged on the lees. Fresh, vibrant, lots of acidity. Lower in alcohol. Super food friendly.
