Winemaker Notes

This 100% Chardonnay is sourced from vines located in the Puligny-Montrachet Village area, in the south of the Côte de Beaune. Puligny Montrachet is the place where one can find the most famous Grands Crus vineyards such as Bienvenues-Batard Montrachet, Batard Montrachet, Montrachet and Chevalier Montrachet.

A very elegant wine with mineral notes and a well-integrated acidity. The palate is long and fine and will pair wonderfully with fish, shellfish or creamy white meat.
