Winemaker Notes

The 2017 Rully Blanc is superb, unfurling with an enticing bouquet of meadow flowers, apple blossom, fresh green pear and subtle hints of nutmeg. On the palate, it’s medium to full-bodied and satiny but precise, with a bright, nicely concentrated core that’s quite tight-knit despite the wine’s youthful charm, concluding with a long, mouthwatering finish.

Ideal with white meat, seafood and cooked cheese such as Comté.
