Color is garnet red. On the nose typical, fruity, black cherries, dried rose, spicy notes.

Flavors are dry, warm, full-bodied, soft, clean, sweet and well-integrated tannins, quite persistent.

Pair with stewed beef, Piedmontese medium seasoned cheese.
