Blend: Sauvignon Blanc 95%, Viognier 5%

Our white varietals are grown on the sunrise side of the most north eastern part of the vineyard on richly volcanic soils. The result is a lightly aromatic and delicate profile with balanced dryness. Detectable white peach aromas evolve to express stone and minerality. Its refreshing dry balance makes it a perfect companion to vegetables and greens, as well as burrata, buffalo mozzarella and shellfish raw bar.
