Our winery is one of the few in Europe to be fully kosher. We offer a selection of wines that reflect the flavours of Tuscany, made from local grape varieties, and carefully crafted to ensure an authentic tasting experience.
Light straw colour. Aromas of ripe white fruits, citrus, flowers and bright acidity. Bright palate with more white fruit, citrus and a lingering lip-smacking minerality. Pair as an aperitif with antipasti or with white fish. Also a great accompaniment to perfumed Thai or Chinese dishes.
Grape Variety: 100% Vermentino
Vermentino is the most loved Tuscan white. Enthralling aromas and refreshing acidity. A local grape variety, you will find it embracing the coastline and showing marked salinity and minerality from the sea breeze and salt in the soil.
