Winemaker Notes

Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque Blanc de Blancs was created from the 1993 harvest and released to celebrate the new millennium. True to the exacting principles of its founders, Maison Perrier-Jouët only declares a vintage in years of near-perfect conditions, making all its Belle Époque vintage cuvées a rarity, with Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque Blanc de Blancs the rarest of them all. No edition of this exceptional cuvée numbers more than 40,000 bottles.

Exclusively Chardonnay, the Blanc de Blancs is a bright and shimmering gold with subtle glints of green. Aromas of white flowers with subtle overtones of honey, pear, pineapple and candied lemon. The palate is crisp, fresh, full and rich in the mouth with exceptionally fine bubbles and a long, silken, elegant finish that has been associated with the finest satin.
