From the Massimo Ronca winery in the Veneto region of Italy, the limited edition release Ronca ‘Walter’ Bianco 2018 is named after the winemaker’s father.

The colour is a straw yellow, slightly golden, with clear green reflections. Excellent freshness on the nose with fruity, tropical and citrus notes, on a toasted hazelnut background. In the mouth, there is a correspondence to the nose with a good savoury fat sensation that extends towards the pleasantly acidulous salty. Definitely a wine to bring to the table. Perfectly paired with seafood, white & red meat, and grilled vegetables.
