Winemaker Notes
The grape variety of this wine derives from a mutation of Pinot Noir and has reached its maximum expression in our Friulian hills with a great balance between body and aromas. The colour is “copper” and is obtained by keeping the skins in contact with the must for a short period before fermentation in order to extract the colour. It is therefore not an “Orange wine”. It is delicious with appetisers and fish. But it is also suitable for soups and meats cooked at a temperature of 10-12°C. Contains sulfites.
