An exceptional wine made from the white-vinified red variety of Sangiovese, as well as local Canaiolo Blanco, Malvasia and Trebbiano. Sangiovese fruit underwent a 6-hour maceration on the skins. The colour of the wine is light, yellow, with the scent of white flowers, rose petals and orange peel. In the mouth, there is freshness, a sweet note of strawberry and lively acidity characteristic of Sangiovese. It can be combined with veal, chicken and a whole lot of snacks.
