Winemaker Notes

This wine represents one of the most characteristic products of the Piedmontese viticulture of Monferrato. With a delicately sweet flavour, its flavour is reminiscent of peach and apricot with hints of sage, lemon and orange blossom. Ideal to accompany small pastries or desserts.

Food pairings: Dry biscuits, cakes, chocolate, fresh and dry fruits and sweets. For a new experience try it with seasoned cheese!
