From Napa Valley, the CADE Howell Mountain Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 is fantastic with aromas of clove, dried cranberries, raspberry, coffee, cinnamon, black pepper, and cocoa nibs. The palate has pure notes of boysenberry, graphite, blackberry, coffee, and dark chocolate which soar from the glass and cascade over the palate. This full-bodied wine has a classic Howell Mountain structure and tannin — big and bold but balanced and velvety in approach. The cooler vintage produced wines with higher perceived acidity and exceptional red fruit flavours and aromas.
