Straw yellow in colour with a delicate scent between white pulp fruit and floral notes. The taste is fresh with a well-defined and savoury flavour.

The wine pairs well with fish in general, but lake fish specifically. Excellent as an aperitif, it also goes well with traditional antipasti and cheese, thanks to its acidity and marked savoury flavour.
