Our winery is one of the few in Europe to be fully kosher. We offer a selection of wines that reflect the flavours of Tuscany, made from local grape varieties, and carefully crafted to ensure an authentic tasting experience.
A ruby red colour with an aromatic and fresh nose. Notes of strawberries, raspberries, violets and spices. The body is balanced with polished tannins and a refreshing acidity. Flavours of wild berries, cherries, liquorice, and vanilla. Best paired with tomato-based dishes, stews, or lightly chilled with appetisers.
Grape varieties: 80% Sangiovese, 10% Merlot, 10% Ciliegiolo
