Our winery is one of the few in Europe to be fully kosher. We offer a selection of wines that reflect the flavours of Tuscany, made from local grape varieties, and carefully crafted to ensure an authentic tasting experience.
A deep intense ruby colour. aromas of red plum, red fruits, baking spices with notes of smoke from the oak and tertiary aromas from the maturation in the bottle. On the palate, it is dry with high acidity; flavours of cherry, liquorice, spice and vanilla. Best paired with tomato-based dishes, stews, or lightly chilled with appetisers.
Grape Varieties: 80% Sangiovese, 10% Merlot, 10% Ciliegiolo
