Distiller Notes

We created this flavor in 1999, following the success of our Meyer Lemon. Our tree-ripened Ruby Red Grapefruit from farmers in Rio Grande, TX are picked and delivered to our Distillery within 36 hours. For a true flavor of the fruit, the grapefruits are shredded, zest and all, then put through a 70-day extraction process. What you taste is 100% real, freshly picked Ruby Red Grapefruit – as pure as the fruit itself!
