Our 2016 vintage displays a rich, deep ruby color, exuding an enticingly high viscosity. The aromatic profile is characterized by prominent notes of red cherries, plums, carob, and figs, enhanced by a subtle infusion of eastern spices. On the palate, the essence of kirsch and plums prevails, complemented by the presence of blackcurrant and a touch of chocolate. The tannins offer a velvety softness, imparting a sense of elegance and sophistication. This wine exhibits remarkable depth and a concentrated abundance of fruit flavors, culminating in a satisfyingly long and memorable finish.
