Winemaker Notes

Nojâr means “walnut tree” in Friulian and was the name shown on an old map of some of the company’s land. It is a wine obtained from a blend of wines from the vinification of Tocai Friulano, Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Ribolla Gialla grapes, selected and harvested exclusively in our vineyards located in the ROSAZZO DOCG area. Straw yellow colour. Elegant aroma of apple and fruit, very delicate. Dry, rounded flavour, of apricot and apple, pleasantly vanilla.
