Winemaker Notes

Dark and deep red with violet nuances. On the nose, the wine is very elegant, complex, a spice box, blueberries, graphite with hints of cassis and tobacco. It is mouth-filling with ripe underlying tannin, deep, concentrated, with a long aftertaste and distinctive hints of Peumo’s Terroir, Graphite loam and mineral nuances. It drinks by itself like a modern Bordeaux assemblage, but with the finesse and fruit of the new World.

Enjoy with deer, lamb with spicy sauces and blue cheeses.
