BALSAMIC VINEGAR OF MODENA IGP 250ML – BRONZE SERIES – ORGANIC BIODYNAMIC

Produced from the perfect blend of only Cooked Must and Wine Vinegars, it has an intense aroma, a round and pungent taste with a moderately marked sweet note. It is aged in 220 liter oak barrels.

Obtained from selected mainly red grapes grown with the Organic and Biodynamic method. During the production processes, no preservatives or dyes are added. Delicious dressing that goes well with salads and cooked and raw vegetables but above all with cooked dishes including meat. Great product suitable for every day.
