Winemaker Notes

This little jewel is located in the municipality of Aloxe Corton. The Charlemagne portion of the field at the top of Corton Hill is reserved for Chardonnay grapes. The white wines are made in a very small number. Corton-Charlemagne is fat, buttery and nutty wines.
