Winemaker Notes

Garnet red in color. Typical, fruity, black cherries, dried rose, spicy notes. On the palate, dry, warm, full-bodied, soft, clean, sweet and well integrated tannins, quite persistent.

Pair with stewed beef, Piedmontese medium seasoned cheese.
