Winemaker Notes – Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi DOC Classico

Straw yellow with vivid shades of green, typical of the vine variety. Hints of citrus, acacia flowers, elderberry and hawthorn on the nose. Delicate bitter perceptions in the finish. The pleasing crispness of acidity and minerality alternates with the moderate warmth of alcohol. It is one of the best wines for blue fish and with many seafood dishes. It can also be paired with white meat.

A wine with characteristic and traditional taste, it gives its best when consumed within 2-3 years from harvest. This 2022 vintage is ready to drink now or soon – don’t delay the enjoyment!
