Winemaker Notes – Domaine Bunan ‘Moulin des Costes’ Bandol Rosé 2022
A pale salmon pink colour. A fresh and aromatic nose with peach and strawberry fruit. The palate has a creamy texture and a long, slightly savoury finish. This is complex, elegant and very fine Provence rosé. Pairs with traditional Provencal dishes, bouillabaisse, fish such as red mullet, spicy foods and sushi.
Grape Varieties: 35% Mourvèdre, 25% Grenache, 40% Cinsault
