Winemaker Notes – “EVENTO”, Vermentino di Sardegna DOC

From Cantine Paùli’s, the oldest wine cooperative in Sardinia, EVENTO is part of their Personalità line which is made up of unmistakable wines with character. The grapes are harvested in the early hours of dawn to preserve the aromas.

The wine’s colour is straw yellow with intense green tones. Perfumes of fresh fruits, Mediterranean fruits, flowers and white pulp fruits. The palate is full, velvety, pleasantly acidic and persistent, long. Pairs excellently as an aperitif and with fish-based dishes.
