Winemaker Notes – Salizzoni ‘San Biagio’ Gewürztraminer 2022

A short cold maceration of the grapes allows for the extraction of delicate aromas, also found on the palate, accompanied by a persistent fruity taste. The aroma is intense, with scents ranging from ripe exotic fruit to roses, against a background of acacia flowers, ending with an elegant citrus note. We recommend its tasting as an aperitif or in combination with delicate hors d’oeuvres.
